Christmas Activities

You and your Mama made Christmas cookies. Your favorite part was eating the dough.

You and your Daddy made a gingerbread house. Your favorite part was snitching the candy.

We like doing fun things with you. Emma-girl, we will catch you next year on these fun things...you were too busy sleeping this year.

Going to the beach

It was a little chilly as we were heading to the beach so the warm hats were necessary...for about 3 minutes.

Our happy-smiley-giggly-great sleeper-precious two month old weighs 11 pounds 1ounce.

She is seriously so happy. I love how her little eyes smile when her mouth smiles.

Her big brother thinks she's pretty great, too.

First bath

Yes, at almost 2 months. :/. She's had several wipe downs until now. She loved it...just kicked her feet and giggled the whole time. We are so blessed by her sweet little spirit.

Funny

While playing in the chick fil a play room they brought in the cow dressed like Santa. Levi just starred at him/it (?) then gave high 5 and mooed a few times. As he/it walked away Levi told him, "yay cow, you good at walking."

Sweet Big Bro

We are loving the way Levi has taken to Emma.

When we first brought her home he was very concerned by her belly button/umbilical cord. He called it her owie and would kiss her little tummy any time he saw it.

He is very distressed by her crying and will usually hear her before I hear her and tell me, "Mama, Baby Sister crying-go pick her up, sing to her."

Some things he has said to her when she's been crying in the car:

Don't cry baby sister, you be okay sweet girl.

What do you need Baby Emma?

What's the matter, baby girl. Just listen to the music. (when he says music it actually sounds like munic.)

One of the funniest things he has said...

"Baby Emma bite Mama chest get food." (when he says food it sounds like foouuud.)
