Almost a year ago we joined a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). Every other Tuesday we pick up a box of fresh, locally grown, organic produce. It has been fun learning about vegetables that I never would have bought at the store.

| Most everything is familiar this week...there is fennel (which I recently learned is quite good) and fresh rosemary and cilantro! |
