Tuesday=Vegetables

Almost a year ago we joined a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).  Every other Tuesday we pick up a box of fresh, locally grown, organic produce.  It has been fun learning about vegetables that I never would have bought at the store.

Most everything is familiar this week...there is fennel (which I recently learned is quite good) and fresh rosemary and cilantro!

Button Up

Baby, you're not in SoCal anymore...
Our camera was lost (in the diaper bag) for a few days so these are still pictures from Kentucky.  We had him all bundled up and in his button up for church.
"Where did my thumb go?!"

3 Months

When our Boy Baby turned three months old he was on his first airplane ride.  (We did not take any pictures...ugh!  These were taken the day before we left. )

-I weighed him at his grandparents house (the ole I weigh myself then I hold him and weigh-accurate, I know) and he was 13lbs8oz.
-He laughs and giggles and I love it!
-We had a bit of a rough time with sleeping while we were in L-ville, but since we've been home he has slept great...at night.  We are getting our day naps back slowly.  He is actually taking his 3rd nap today!
-He will really watch us walk around so I can tell he sees more/greater distances.
-He is a precious, happy baby and we are so blessed!

Baby's First Chiristmas

The Gator checking out our babe saying..."Hop to it kid you've lots of goodies here!"

"Oh boy!  It's Christmas!"
"You mean I get presents..."
"Presents?  I just want to roll over."

Cousins

How did we pass the time before kids?  In my family we now have eight of them...EIGHT!  Our little man has seven cousins with number eight on the way.  We sure played a lot more Phase 10 and Skipbo over previous Christmas vacations.  I think we will all agree that life is better with babies and kiddos around.  Our boy's first Christmas was a hit and he had lots of people to hold him.

The Pookster...he's going to be a sweet big brother

Our proud Cousin Red

Red might have liked our babe the most

I don't know...sweet AG sure liked to hold our Boy Baby Doll

Welp, the Gator looks happy...

A little hot tub action...we love swimming...he will love it one day...

PawPaw with his grandsons in their sweaters

And, trying for the circle pic

Happy New Year!

My mouth will speak the praise of the Lord, and let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.
