HJW
Another baby boy has entered our life.
The night of Daddy's birthday I woke after an hour to contractions every 15 or so minutes. Tried to go back to sleep but they didn't stop. Around 1:30am I was calling the midwife and getting my coach readied for a trip to the hospital. PawPaw and ZZ were here and Pops woke to the commotion. At one point I asked him if I (his third child) was worth all this (labor/drama). He laughed and said, "Yes!" Then reminded me his Mama did this nine times. He may or may not have said I was his favorite, so I was ready to go have my third baby. ;)
We arrived at the hospital at 2:30, after an hour we went from triage to the same room in the birth center where our other two were born, and at 4:21am, I was holding a baby. I remember Daddy saying, "Is it a boy?! It's a boy!!
Girl talk
-bad guys coming!
-the bear/dog/bird/girl/etc will eat me
-ohhh this/that is cute (about clothes!)
-mommy, you're cute.
-good morning!
-why you/he/she do that (and then she copies whatever sound she just heard-hiccup, sigh, grunt, gag, burp, etc.)
She is such a little mama to her dolls and baby brother. She loves her music class and enjoys inviting others to it by saying, " You go with me? You go with me?" (To daddy, Bubs, grandparents.)

Two year old sweetie girl
I can't believe this one either. At two, our girl is the perfect combo of sugar and spice. She is little chatterbox and says new and funny things all day.

Peak to peak
And this "hot pig"was roasting for later. While E kept saying, "hot pig," Bubba declared he would never eat pig. I couldn't break it to him that bacon was pig...
Pictures don't even so the view justice.
But, this little guy sure enjoyed the day...and all the rocks.
Future gold medalists??
Tall enough, but we didn't take this lift up.
Instead, we went peak to peak...
Selfie attempt...
A boy, his sticks, and a view...
Canadian Adventure
These kids have obtained passports, travelled by airplane, and visited a foreign country way before their mama even knew any of that crazy stuff existed.
Here we are trying to decide if they will fit in our luggage. ;)
Delta gets a bad rap (maybe all airlines do?) but they were so helpful and accommodating. We did not purchase a seat for our not yet two year old but they gave us one so we brought a car seat on and she did this...sweet traveller.
We made it...two flights + customs + two kids = one tired but happy to have arrived family!
Breakfast with grandparents...so far the hotel staff have brought around a toy chest both mornings...just what we need! ;)
Wandering through Stanley Park.
A train ride...that E fell asleep on, and slept through the transition to the stroller and the long walk back to the car. She woke just in time for our gelato treat.
More to come!
